This year we celebrated Halloween with family. We had a great time. We started off the night by heading to our local mall for some trick or treating. Belly collected lots of candy and was able to see her friends Kyrie and Shay while she was running around. After the mall was void of candy we headed across town and then some to see Uncle Bryan, Aunt Julie, Billie, Nana, and Papa.
Since Bryan's neighborhood still embraces some door to door candy solicitation, Nana and I took Belly out for her 1st real neighborhood trick or treating adventure. She loved it!! She was literally skipping, hopping, and giggling up to each door. After she started to shiver, we headed back to Bryan's and Belly and Billie played for several hours. It was really nice to have the two of them running around, screaming, chasing each other, and playing. They get along so well.
Overall the night was a huge success: Belly was the ONLY bat we saw; she had a blast; we got to spend a little quality time with the fam; and we now have tons of candy. What could be better?
---Thanks again, B/J/B for letting us hang out at your humble abode for the evening. We had a lot of fun. We should definitely be hanging out more often!!! Oh yeah, and thanks for the pbj, grapes, and milk says Belly! :o)
