Busy time at work and home has kept us from updating the ol' blog. The plan is to get our site updated by the end of this upcoming weekend.

Hope you are doing well and staying warmer than we are. It's currently 21 degrees outside with a wind chill of 16. Tomorrow there is a possibility of snow showers and our high temp isn't supposed to be much above freezing. The winter weather is great (!) as long I don't have to hike across town and over frozen bridges to get to work (why oh why is tomorrow a work day???).

2008 is here. yawn.

It's 2008, Happy New Years!!

2007 is done and we're startin' fresh on a new year. I don't know what everyone was up to last night but I would have to say, we rang in the New Year, as boringly as possible. haha. We were both glad to be off work (especially me avoiding 911 callers!) and sitting in front of our TV watching Dick Clark's previously recorded New York celebration. I was going to celebrate the night with Belly at 9pm, but there was nothing on TV! She stayed up a little later than usual but was in bed well before midnight.

I thought to myself today, this upcoming new years (heading into 2009), she will be in kindergarten and on her winter break from school. sigh..... time is moving so fast.

Resolutions for us? The usual stuff that everyone resolves to do: pay off debt; work towards a healthier lifestyle (eat better, exercise, etc...); spend more time as a family; and travel.
